How to use Cacoo
Cacoo is a free online diagram tool for creating sitemaps, flowcharts,
mind maps, wireframes, UML models, greeting cards, etc. It is designed to be
user-friendly and easy to use, but still versatile.
Cacoo
1) Access the following site https://cacoo.com/lang/es/ and
write your e-mail address to obtain an account. An e-mail will be sent to
verify your address and you have to follow the link and write your full name
and a password. Click on sign up and your registration will be completed .
Another option is to sign in using Facebook or google.
2) Click on “create a new
folder”. When you finish a project you can save it in that folder. Then click
on “create a new diagram.”
3) A panel will be displayed and
you can choose the diagram you want: mind maps, greeting cards, sitemaps,
flowcharts, networks, UML, database, business, office layouts, electronics,
user difined templates or purchased templates.
4) Once you have chosen your
diagram, you can start designing your project. On the right, there is a toolbar
that allows you to change the arrows, the fonts, the size and the colours.
5) When you finish your work, click
on “export” and you will have different options like exporting your diagram as
a PPT, PDF, PNG, etc.
6) You can also save your
project by clicking on “save diagram” by writing a title and saving it in a
folder. Your diagram will be saved in the webpage and you can share it with
others.

greeting card for my best friend.
